Open Positions

We are looking for an active and talented Sales representative to cover both the local market here in Egypt as well as all Middle Eastern countries. The ideal candidate for us comes from a sales background, preferably within the poultry industry.

Responsibilities of Area Sales Representative

• Identify and contact new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and existing clients both in Egypt and Middle East
• Travel to different governates within Egypt to cover all companies within the poultry production process
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track and report all sales activities and continuously update account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect updates to assigned managers
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet set quotas
• Attend relevant exhibitions occurring in Egypt and Middle Eastern countries to promote company products

Qualifications for Area Sales Representative

• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

We are looking for a skilled Sales representative to cover the French-speaking African region. The ideal candidate for us comes from a sales background, preferably within the poultry industry, and is fluent in French.

Responsibilities of Regional Sales Representative

• Identify and contact new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and existing clients across the different African countries within the specified region
• Travel to different countries across West Africa to cover all companies within the poultry production process
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track, report all sales activities and continuously update account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect updates to assigned managers
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet set quotas
• Attend relevant exhibitions occurring in French-speaking African countries to promote company products

• Fluent in French (Speaking and Writing)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

We are looking for an experienced technical engineer to oversee the production process at the factory, ensuring that all our production lines are safe, effective, efficient, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities of Technical Engineer

• Designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems
• Installing equipment
• Trouble-shooting and repairing equipment
• Responding to breakdowns
• Researching and implementing opportunities to make processes more efficient
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Planning and organizing maintenance
